Please bring proof of previous rabies vaccine certificate or license, even if it is expired. Without proof of previous vaccine the animal will only be provided with a 1-year certificate.
This clinic is intended for animals older than 3 months (12 weeks and 1 day).
Please register for no more than 5 animals per vehicle.
If your animal requires a muzzle please have this in place prior to arrival for vaccine. All dogs need to be leashed. Cats/ferrets need to be in their own, individual carrier.
Please make sure these requirements are in place or you may be turned away, as requested by our Vet(s).
